Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of all items.

Answer Magazine:

  1. Single subscriptions of Answer Magazine are shipped via the United States Postal Service. The delivery of the magazine is contingent upon the USPS, etc. and is not guaranteed by any specific date.

  2. Boxes of Answer Magazine will be shipped by the United States Postal Service through their media mail designation. Single boxes of 50 come wrapped in plastic. Orders of 50 or more will arrive in a corrugated box containing the individual boxes of 50. The delivery of the magazine is contingent upon the USPS, etc. and is not guaranteed by any specific date.

Membership:

  1. Membership materials, including a membership card and pin are mailed from the national service center in Oakland, CA. These items will ship within 2-3 days of membership processing.

Meeting Supplies:

  1. Meeting supplies like banners stands may be shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times are dependent on the item ordered.

Shipping Policy
Upon receipt of your items, we recommend that everyone check their items for damage. You have 72 hours from the receipt of your items to report any damage or deficiencies.

Our focus is to ensure customer satisfaction. To return an order, please contact us via phone to obtain a Return Order Authorization. Returns may be resolve by issuing a refund or by replacing the returned order. You may return an order for the following reasons:

Shipping Damage: Please save all packaging, documention, and your product in caose of shipping damage. Contact us as soon as possible and we can begin to process a claim with the shipping provider and replace the product.

You are not satisfied with the order: Please contact us wuth your concerns. Once we verify the claim, we will process a Return Order Authorization and either provide a replacement or a credit.
