Our Foundation the purpose that drives our vision:
The Business Men’s Fellowship was birthed by the Holy Spirit to be a “Harvest Machine.”
Harvest - Throughout the New Testament, the word “harvest” is associated with the gathering in of souls into God’s eternal Kingdom.
Machine BMF, as an organization, is called to be the “machine” that would create a platform of evangelistic efforts to reach the business communities of the nations of the world.

1 - Large gathering with a Speaker:
A one-hour programmed meeting, with arrivals beginning 30 minutes before and up to 30 minutes after for fellowship and ministry:
Large meetings will generally have a formal speaker who gives a brief testimonial message recapping his life story with Christ and how it has affected his family and business life. It is best to hold such meetings in a private hotel or restaurant meeting room. Prayer and personal ministry follow. Men are encouraged to bring unsaved colleagues and friends and to invite other Christian businessmen to join with them to increase the effectiveness of the Chapter.
(See: An effective schedule for the BMF one-hour mid-week meetings)
2 - Medium gathering with moderated discussion (one hour):
A one-hour meeting with 6 to 12 held in a private room or in a separated restaurant area.
Hosting a meeting with a formal speaker with fewer attendees can be difficult and uncomfortable, limiting its effectiveness. With that in mind, we recommend a moderated group testimonial discussion among the men. Such a meeting will be effective if it is time-sensitive and under the authority of the moderator. After a few minutes of general conversation, the moderator can lead discussion about the challenges and successes experienced by the businessmen since their last gathering. The closing minutes of the hour are set aside for prayer. Private after-ministry is offered. Men are encouraged to bring unsaved colleagues and friends and to invite other Christian businessmen to join with them to increase the effectiveness of the Chapter.
3 - Small gathering of men in a restaurant (one hour):
The simplest form of a one-hour meeting basically consists of testimony conversation among the businessmen present.
The moderator is seen as the leader to keep the meeting focus but allows open discussion of challenges businessmen face on a daily basis and how to respond to those as Christian men. The moderator should plan a dedicated time for the men to share the challenges and successes experienced since their last gathering. The closing minutes of the hour are set aside for prayer. Private after-ministry is offered. Men are encouraged to bring unsaved colleagues and friends and to invite other Christian businessmen to join with them to increase the effectiveness of the Chapter.
